DEVONIAN EVENT - CELEBRATING OUR FOOD, MUSIC AND HERITAGE

A Frawzy is a Devonshire dialect word for a treat, a cake, a pudding or a dainty feast

We invited you to bring and share your home-cooked Devon food and share your family food stories too -
and you did!  What wonderful food and memories you brought - with impromptu singing too!

With an Introduction by Dr Paul Cleave plus an interactive discussion about Devon food and culture,
guest exhibitor Gray's Devon Cider (and samples kindly supplied by Quicke's Cheese)

PLUS traditional Devonshire music from Jim Causley and Bill Murray

We had a wonderful time!  All materials were provided in kind donation by the
Devon Voice Group, including Cream Teas for over 80 people and beautiful flowers from their own gardens.
